Air Fryer Curried Mushrooms

We love the air fryer for its versatility. From breakfast to dessert, there are few limits to what you can create with this kitchen standby. But at the end of the day, it’s hard to deny the one area in which the air fryer truly shines: appetizers.

Whether you’re on the hook for bringing an appetizer to a party, hosting a game-day gathering or just looking for a way to shake up your family dinner night, air fryer apps will get you there easily and efficiently. And these Air Fryer Curried Mushrooms are all the delicious proof you need. (You know a recipe is the epitome of ease when it includes just 4 steps and clocks in at 20 minutes of prep and cook time!)

While most air fryer appetizer recipes rely on salt and pepper, our simple-to-make dish has all the complex flavors of a traditional mushroom curry, thanks to fun and zesty L&B Curry Madras Seasoning. To get these extra tasty small bites from kitchen to table, simply toss the mushrooms in the oil and seasonings, pop them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, shake occasionally for even cooking, then season and garnish with cilantro before serving.

The mushrooms come out tender and incredibly snacky — with an irresistible pop-in-your-mouth vibe, much like a bag of chips but without the guilt or greasy fingers. The zing from the seasoning sticks with you after the first bite in a scrumptious but not overpowering way.

Earmark this recipe for your next party, game day or family night and share it big-plate style. Your crowd will love it. Have leftovers or looking for a quick and easy weekday lunch or dinner? Serve the mushrooms over rice for a delicious meal for two.
