Where are the L&B food manufacturing facilities located? +
We have two facilities – one located at 7752 Mitchell Road in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and one located at 877 North Lake Street in Lake Mills, Iowa.
What jobs are available in food manufacturing? +
From our kitchen and bakery workers to our shipping/receiving, maintenance and sanitation helpers, we offer a wide range of roles to fit a diverse set of skills.
Is there an age requirement to work at the manufacturing facilities? +
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to work at our manufacturing facilities.
What kind of hours can I expect each week? +
The majority of our food manufacturing positions are full-time roles. These team members work approximately 40 hours per week. We occasionally hire part-time team members who work approximately 15-28 hours per week.
Do you offer flexible scheduling? +
Our manufacturing facilities have set production shifts. However, we offer flexibility with shift start and end times as well as days off.
What is the uniform? +
In general, food manufacturing team members wear non-slip shoes, pants, a smock/lab coat and any necessary PPE and hair/beard nets. Both the Lake Mills and Eden Prairie manufacturing locations offer free uniform laundering.
