How do I apply for a retail job? +

All current retail job openings are available on our careers site. Our application is mobile friendly and can be completed in 5-10 minutes.

Is there an age requirement to work a retail job? +

We hire as young as 14 years old and also have team members who work into their retirement years. However, some of our positions have minimum age restrictions due to equipment use or working hours.

How often will I get paid? +

We offer weekly pay and pay on-demand options for team members.

What kind of hours can I expect each week? +

Team member hours may vary based on your needs and our business needs. We typically need all hands on deck on weekends, so weekend availability is highly desired. Our part-time team members generally work anywhere between 15-28 hours per week. Our full-time team members work approximately 40 hours per week.

Do you offer flexible scheduling? +

We know life events will sometimes take priority and many of our team members are involved in additional activities where they need flexible scheduling. We pride ourselves on meeting those needs whenever possible.

Is there a uniform requirement for retail jobs? +

Most team members are expected to wear black pants and black shoes at work. A uniform shirt is provided. The specific type of shirt varies by department.

What kind of training is provided as a new team member? +

We have a robust training and development program that will get you ready for the first day on the job. We will provide you the skills and tools necessary to get where you need to go in your career, including:

  • 21-day training program

  • Additional training to perfect skills in any of our specialty roles
