    L&B Rotisserie Chicken
  • 3/4
    cup L&B Caribbean Grilling Sauce, divided
  • 1
    package L&B Cilantro Rice
  • 1
    package L&B Prepared Plantains
  • 3
    tablespoons chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions

    Heat a charcoal or gas grill over low heat.

    Brush ΒΌ cup L&B Caribbean Grilling Sauce evenly over the L&B Rotisserie Chicken. Set the chicken on the grill, breast side up.

    Cover the grill and cook the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes, brushing with about 3 Tbsp of sauce every 10 minutes.
