Riesling Campari Punch

This very modern, low-ABV cocktail has big-time 70s vibes. It’s bright and beachy with a bold citrus flavor and it’s got the groovy orange color of a big glass of Tang. The ingredient list is breathtakingly short and prep is practically nonexistent — if it takes you the full five minutes listed in the recipe to pull together this refreshing drink, we’ll eat our bell-bottoms.

When you whip up a pitcher of this clever cocktail, you’ll get to savor subtle notes of grapefruit (despite no grapefruit juice in sight), supreme sippability and retro vibes. We recommend it for any evening you’re sitting on a yellow-and-brown sofa surrounded by lava lamps and watching the first-ever space landing on a black-and-white TV. Or, you know, when you’re on your patio catching up with old friends.
