Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese

Ingredients

    ounces plain cream cheese
  • 1/4
    cup sour cream
  • 1
    tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4
    cup diced shallot
  • 1
    tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2
    teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4
    teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4
    ounces L&B Smoked Salmon
  • 1
    teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Directions

    Cream the cheese by hand or in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.

    Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, shallot, dill, salt and pepper.

    Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Garnish with chives. Refrigerate until ready to use.
