Crunchy Beet Slaw with Pazzazz Apples

This fresh, delicious slaw is a crowd-pleaser! And, it’s healthy to boot! Simple and flavorful, even those “beet-haters” will ask you for the recipe.

Ingredients

    large Pazzaz Apple, cored, quartered and grated
  • 2
    medium beets, peeled and grated
  • 1/3
    cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 1/2
    teaspoons sea salt
  • 3
    tablespoons L&B California Olive Oil
  • 1/4
    cup L&B 10 Year Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1
    tablespoon L&B Pure Honey

Directions

    Combine shredded apples and beets with mint in a medium bowl and sprinkle with salt.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and honey until thoroughly combined.

    Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat.

Makes about 3-4 cups.
