Mango Michelada

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    cup mango, peeled, pitted and pureed
  • 1
    12-ounce Mexican beer, chilled
  • 2
    tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Coarse salt
  • Tajin Seasoning
  • Fresh mango, for garnish
  • 1
    lime
  • Hot sauce, optional

Directions

    Combine mango puree and lime juice.

    Rub a lime wedge around the rim of tall glass and then press the rim into a mix of coarse salt and Tajin seasoning, coating the rim.

    Fill glass 2/3 full with ice and then add mango puree mixture and top with chilled Mexican beer. Mix well.

    If desired, add in a few drops of hot sauce. Garnish with fresh mango.
