Ingredients

    mangoes (about 3 lbs.) peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1
    cup ice
  • 1
    teaspoon honey
  • 3/4
    cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2
    banana

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.

Note: Can replace the fresh mango with frozen mango in a pinch!
