124-ounce package L&B Signature Mashed Potatoes

1 ½cups finely shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish

1bunch L&B fresh chives, thinly sliced, divided

½cup sour cream
Directions

Heat the oven to 375 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the Tostitos on the pan.

In a medium bowl, fold together the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and half of the chives until well combined.

Using a 1 ½ ounce-scoop or heaping tablespoon measure, fill each chip with the mashed potato mixture. Garnish each scoop with a small pinch cheddar cheese.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mashed potatoes are warmed through.

Drizzle the scoops with the sour cream and garnish with the remaining chives. Enjoy!
