    24-ounce package L&B Signature Mashed Potatoes

    cups finely shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish

    bunch L&B fresh chives, thinly sliced, divided
  • ½
    cup sour cream

Directions

    Heat the oven to 375 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the Tostitos on the pan.

    In a medium bowl, fold together the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and half of the chives until well combined.

    Using a 1 ½ ounce-scoop or heaping tablespoon measure, fill each chip with the mashed potato mixture. Garnish each scoop with a small pinch cheddar cheese.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mashed potatoes are warmed through.
