Burrata with Fresh Cherries

Ingredients

    burrata cheese
  • 1 1/2
    cups arugula
  • 1
    cup fresh cherries, pitted and sliced
  • 4
    fresh basil leaves, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1
    baguette, sliced and toasted

Directions

    Arrange arugula in the center of a serving platter. Place the burrata on top and use a fork to cut open the center. Sprinkle black pepper on top, to your taste.

    Arrange the fresh cherries on top of the arugula. Sprinkle with basil.

    Arrange the sliced baguette around the burrata and arugula. Drizzle the whole platter with olive oil.
