Easy Berry Daiquiri

This delicious cocktail is made even more special with an easy homemade blackberry rum.

Directions:


1. To make the homemade blackberry rum, simply fill a jar with blackberries (or other fruit of your choice). Top with rum; cover, shake and refrigerate overnight.


2. When ready to serve: To a shaker filled with ice, add 1 ½ ounces blackberry-infused rum, 1 ounce fresh lime juice and ½ ounce simple syrup. Shake very well. Strain into a glass of your choice. Enjoy!
