Fried Chicken Grab-N-Go Bowl

1. Head to your neighborhood Lunds & Byerlys and pick up 1 package (1 lb) L&B Ready-to-Heat Chicken Tenders, 1 package (1 lb) L&B Green Beans with Almonds, 1 package (2 lbs) L&B Signature Mashed Potatoes, and 1 small package (12 oz) L&B Poultry Gravy. Note: This recipe serves 2 to 3 people. Double the recipe if needed.
2. Heat the oven to 350 F. Place the chicken tenders about 1 inch apart on a sheet pan and add the green beans in a single layer next to them. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, flip the chicken strips over and stir the green beans, then cook for another 5 to 6 minutes until sizzling and chicken is heated through. Transfer the tenders to a cutting board and cut them into 1-inch-thick slices.
3. Meanwhile, add the mashed potatoes to a medium pot over medium heat, breaking them up with a spoon. Whisk continuously until hot, 5 to 7 minutes.
4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the gravy, stirring until hot, about 5 minutes.
5. Serve family style so everyone can create their own bowl, layering the mashed potatoes with the chicken strips and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy.
