Halloween Charcuterie Board
September 30, 2025
Introducing: char-boo-terie!
The beauty of charcuterie boards is how personalized they can be, and this one adds a spooky Halloween vibe as well. The full list of ingredients that we used are listed below, but feel free to swap based on your tastes and preferences. Let your creativity shine!
This board starts with olives, peppers and garlic from the Lunds & Byerlys olive bar, which is an easy way to get a lot of variety without too many leftovers. The ombré tomatoes, pepper jelly, dark beets and plums add color and texture to the plate (plus beets tend to bleed, how spooky is that?). The Veroni Prosciutto Italiano, FraMant Italian Dry Salame, and Short Creek Farm Dry Salami anchor the board with classic meat components. Of course, candy had to be included…because that’s what Halloween is all about!

Directions
-
1
Select a large serving tray and 2 to 3 spooky decorations. Pick a few small plates and bowls, if desired, or place all charcuterie items directly onto the serving tray.
-
2
Select the cheese; 3 to 5 cheeses is ideal. The goal is to have a variety of hard and soft cheeses with various Halloween-themed colors like orange, white and black. Slice, cube or crumble cheeses and evenly space them around the tray.
-
3
Select the charcuterie. Fold and fan the meats to create ribbons and arrange them between the cheeses.
-
4
Place the pickled vegetables, small bowl of jam, and honey jar in the spaces between the cheese and charcuterie.
-
5
Fill in the gaps with groupings of vegetables, sliced fruit, berries and candy, separating like colors for visual interest.
