Ham, Peach & Gorgonzola Flatbread

This salty-sweet appetizer looks impressive but is incredibly easy to put together. Delicious paired with a chilled glass of rosé.

Ingredients

2pieces L&B Tandoori Naan

2teaspoons olive oil

2ripe peaches, cut into slices

4slices Serrano ham

2tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola

2tablespoons balsamic glaze

2tablespoons basil, sliced thinly

Handful of arugula, for serving

Heat oven to 375 F.

Brush each piece of naan with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.

Top with sliced peaches, ham and Gorgonzola.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil and arugula.
