Ham, Peach & Gorgonzola Flatbread

This salty-sweet appetizer looks impressive but is incredibly easy to put together. Delicious paired with a chilled glass of rosé.

    pieces L&B Tandoori Naan
  • 2
    teaspoons olive oil
  • 2
    ripe peaches, cut into slices
  • 4
    slices Serrano ham
  • 2
    tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola
  • 2
    tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2
    tablespoons basil, sliced thinly
  • Handful of arugula, for serving

Directions

    Heat oven to 375 F.

    Brush each piece of naan with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.

    Top with sliced peaches, ham and Gorgonzola.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes.

    Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil and arugula.
