Ingredients

    pound L&B Buffalo Breaded Boneless Chicken Wings, chopped
  • ¼
    cup hot honey
  • 3
    heads Little Gem lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1
    cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼
    cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼
    cup thinly sliced celery
  • ¼
    cup roughly chopped mint leaves
  • ½
    cup L&B Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Blue cheese, crumbled, for garnish

Directions

    Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. In a large bowl, combine the Buffalo chicken pieces and hot honey. Toss to coat.

    Place the chicken on the grill and cook until caramelized on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

    Add the Little Gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, celery and mint. Drizzle with the blue cheese dressing and toss to coat.
