Peach Daiquiri

This delightful daiquiri recipe makes the most of fresh summer peaches! If you want to substitute frozen peaches, reduce the ice to 2 cups.

Ingredients

    ounces light rum
  • 2
    peaches, peeled and pitted or 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2
    tablespoons lime juice
  • 1
    ounce simple syrup
  • 3
    cups ice

    Blend all ingredients until combined. Pour into two glasses and serve.

    Tip: To peel peaches, simply place whole peaches in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Remove, let cool slightly; skins will slip right off.
