Ingredients

1cup butter softened

2/3cup sugar

2large eggs

1teaspoon vanilla

1/2teaspoon salt

2 1/4cups flour

1teaspoon baking soda

34ounces instant vanilla pudding

1 1/3cups white chocolate chips

8packets peaches & cream instant oatmeal (1.23 oz. packets)

Cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then add in the salt, flour, baking soda, pudding mix and oatmeal packets. Stir until all is mixed well.

Fold in the white chocolate chips. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 F.

Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
