Ingredients

    cup butter softened
  • 2/3
    cup sugar
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2
    teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4
    cups flour
  • 1
    teaspoon baking soda

    ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/3
    cups white chocolate chips
  • 8
    packets peaches & cream instant oatmeal (1.23 oz. packets)

Directions

    Cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then add in the salt, flour, baking soda, pudding mix and oatmeal packets. Stir until all is mixed well.

    Fold in the white chocolate chips. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 F.

    Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
