Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2
    ounces pear brandy
  • 2
    ounces pear nectar*
  • 3/4
    ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2
    ounce simple syrup
  • 1
    pear slice

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except for the pear slice.

    Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a pear slice.

*If you don’t have pear nectar, you can use apple cider, peach nectar, white grape juice, apricot nectar or any other fruit juice.
