Pimm’s Cup Pitcher

We gave Pimm’s Cup, the iconic drink of Wimbledon, a low-ABV makeover and the result is a pitcher full of sweet, summery goodness. The cucumbers, mint leaves and strawberries make it as refreshing as they come, and the orange slices and San Pellegrino Limonata give it a citrusy effervescence. Plus, it’s “easy, easy, easy, easy, EASY” to whip up, says the cocktail maestro who developed the recipe — which is another reason it makes a quintessential summer quencher.
