Steak Fajitas on the Grill

Nothing says summer like grilled steak fajitas!


Heat your grill to medium-high, then grill your favorite steak to your preferred level of doneness. (We recommend round steak or flank steak.) Cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes.


In a grill basket or in a foil pack, grill sliced bell peppers, mushrooms and onions. Place tortillas in foil and heat on the grill until warm.


Thinly slice the steak against the grain and serve on a platter with grilled veggies, avocado, sour cream, cotija cheese and tortillas.
