White Negroni Spritz

This White Negroni Spritz is everything we love about a classic Negroni — herbaceous and slightly bitter — but dressed up with a splash of grapefruit juice, a few dashes of orange bitters and bubbly topper of club soda. The result is a lighter, refreshing cocktail that’s perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweet.

That whisper of grapefruit adds a crisp edge that perfectly balances the Lillet Blanc and gin. It pours a pretty blush-pink, like the cocktail equivalent of a new dress — airy, bright and just the right amount of fancy. But the best part? It’s a breeze to batch. Mix up the base ahead of time, divide it into glasses, then top with club soda just before serving. Cheers!
