Playfully named after Irish poet and playwright Oscar Wilde, this dark, delightful twist on an Old Fashioned can also be made with original Guinness Draught.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½
    ounces Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1
    ounce Guinness Extra Stout
  • ½
    ounce rich simple syrup
  • Dash of botanical bitters

Directions

    Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass.

  2. 2

    Strain cocktail over a large ice cube.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a large orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
