Classic Peach Bellini

    peaches
  • Sacchetto Prosecco

Directions

    Peel peaches and blend in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed.

    Strain the mixture and refrigerate until cold.

    Pour 1 ounce of peach puree into a champagne flute; top with Prosecco. Stir gently to combine; serve.


Raspberry Prosecco

Elderflower Prosecco
