No-Bake Banana Bread Tiramisu
September 11, 2026
This recipe is so easy, it’s bananas!
This recipe elevates the classic banana bread into an ultra-easy tiramisu. Think of it as banana bread’s sophisticated older sister. In this recipe, the mascarpone cheese and pudding mix make the dessert oh-so-moist, while the coffee and bourbon balance the sweetness of the bananas with subtle acidity. The banana pudding is reminiscent of banana cream pie, which brings three classic flavors into one dish. With L&B Banana Bread Sliced Loaf, this delectable dish only requires 30 minutes of prep for days of sweetness. The result is an incredible, delectable, can’t-have-just-one-piece type of dessert that you can bring to parties or bake sales—or keep as an easy at-home treat (though be warned…it won’t last long)!

PREP TIME
30 min
Ingredients
-
1cup heavy whipping cream
-
4ripe bananas, peeled and divided
-
8ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
-
1packet instant vanilla pudding mix
-
1cup whole milk
-
½cup cold brew coffee
-
1tablespoon bourbon
-
2(16-ounce) packages L&B Banana Bread Sliced Loaf
-
¼cup salted caramel sauce
-
1teaspoon cocoa powder
Directions
-
1
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream on medium high speed until stiff peaks form, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a separate bowl and set aside.
-
2
Switch to the paddle attachment, add 2 bananas to the stand mixer bowl and mix until the bananas are mashed and no clumps remain. Add the mascarpone cheese, vanilla pudding mix and whole milk; mix until the pudding thickens and is fully incorporated, about 2 minutes.
-
3
Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and, using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Set aside.
-
4
In a liquid measuring cup, whisk together the cold brew and bourbon. Set aside.
-
5
Line a 9×9-inch ceramic pan with banana bread slices, cutting pieces as needed to allow for an even bottom layer.
-
6
Using a pastry brush, evenly coat the layers of banana bread with half of the cold brew mixture.
-
7
Evenly spread half of the banana pudding on top of the bread. Slice the remaining bananas into ½-inch rounds. Set 9 of them aside, then evenly layer the rest of the slices on top of the pudding and drizzle with the caramel sauce.
-
8
Repeat the layering process with the remaining banana bread, cold brew mixture and banana pudding. Dust with cocoa powder and top with the remaining 9 banana slices.
