3-Step Za’atar Beet Dip

The Middle Eastern flavors in our 3-Step Za’atar Beet Dip are super on point. And this tasty little crudite appetizer recipe gets bonus points for being mega-convenient, too. All the ingredients, including the L&B hummus, are grab-and-go. Plus, you can have the dip ready to serve in 5 minutes. 


Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

    8.8 ounce package Love Beets cooked beets
  • 1
    10 ounce package L&B Original Hummus
  • 1/4
    cup Greek yogurt
  • 1
    garlic clove, smashed
  • 1
    teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1
    teaspoon L&B Za'atar Seasoning, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2
    teaspoon salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish
  • L&B Carrot, Celery & Jicama Sticks, for serving

Directions

    Rough chop cooked beets.

    In a food processor, combine the beets, L&B Original Hummus, Greek yogurt, smashed garlic clove, lemon juice, L&B Za’atar seasoning and salt. Blend until smooth.

    Transfer the dip to a bowl, garnish with olive oil, additional L&B Za’atar seasoning and mint leaves. Serve with L&B Carrot, Celery & Jicama Sticks.
