3 1/2cups powdered sugar

1teaspoon vanilla

3-5tablespoons whole milk

Melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat when butter is amber in color with a nutty aroma.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together powdered sugar, vanilla and brown butter. Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, and beat until smooth and creamy. Frost cupcakes, cake or cookies as desired.
