Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

    ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼
    cup mayonnaise
  • ¼
    cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼
    cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • ½
    teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼
    teaspoon L&B Garlic Powder
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    14-ounce can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½
    cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • ¼
    cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Gently stir in the artichoke hearts and spinach.

    Transfer the dip to the prepared skillet. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and light brown, about 25 minutes.
