Creamy Tahini Chili Sauce

This sauce is officially in our “make-on-repeat” category, though admittedly “sauce” may be a bit of a misnomer. Think hummus-meets-a-touch-of-heat. It has a smooth consistency, a nutty flavor and just enough chili warmth, making it ideal for your favorite grilled veggies and meat.

The day it came out of our test kitchen, we served it over a platter of grilled asparagus, bok choy, zucchini, red onions and eggplant. It hugged the veggies perfectly, adding body and bold flavor without overpowering. The extra sauce went into a bowl on the side, which actually turned it into a super fun communal dish with a bit of fondue energy (but way easier). Everyone gathered around and started dipping. No rules! Just pure goodness.
