Frozen Shaved Peaches & Cream

Cooling down has never been easier (or tastier)! You can make this sweet treat with a simple frozen peach and a common cheese grater. It not only creates amazing fruity flavor on top of ice cream, but it also keeps your dessert nice and cold. If peaches aren’t in season, or you prefer to switch things up, you can try the same method with your fruit of choice!

Ingredients

1yellow peach

1(16 oz.) carton L&B Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream

2teaspoons L&B Pure Honey
Directions

Wash and dry the peach and freeze it for a minimum of 12 hours and up to overnight.

In 2 small bowls, place one to two scoops of ice cream. Using a microplane, shave the frozen peach over the ice cream until completely covered.

Garnish each dish with a drizzle of honey.
