How to Cook Steak
June 12, 2022
Follow these simple steps for perfectly seared, perfectly tender steak every time – no grill required. We chose grapeseed oil for its high smoke point, but you can also use avocado oil, which has a high smoke point along with a buttery flavor and texture.

2cloves garlic, smashed

While the pan heats up, pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.

When the cast iron pan begins to smoke, place steaks in the pan and cook for 4 minutes.

Allow the butter to melt and foam; spoon it over the steaks 8 or 10 times.
