Pineapple Pomegranate Electrolyte Drink

Staying hydrated is easier than ever with this simple electrolyte drink! Using coconut water, aloe juice, honey and fresh fruit, this recipe is perfect for keeping your electrolytes up without additives, dyes or unnecessary extras. Sip on one of these as a mocktail, illness remedy or as a health-conscious drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½
    cups coconut water
  • 1
    cup aloe vera juice
  • 1 ½
    cups roughly chopped fresh pineapple, plus more for garnish
  • 1
    tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1
    tablespoon L&B Pure Honey
  • ¼
    teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½
    cup pomegranate juice, divided
  • Ice

Directions

    In a blender, combine the coconut water, aloe vera juice, pineapple, lime juice, honey and salt. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

    In a 16-ounce glass, add ¼ cup of pomegranate juice and fill the glass with ice.

    Using a fine mesh strainer, strain half of the coconut-pineapple juice into the glass.

    Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make a second drink. Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
