Ingredients

    cups vanilla ice cream
  • 12
    ounces RumChata
  • 1
    tablespoon L&B Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Place 12 (5-ounce) plastic cups in a muffin tin.

    Add 4 ounces of ice cream to each cup.

    Add popsicle sticks.

    Freeze overnight.

    Make 2 cuts around edge of cup and peel off. Serve immediately.
