Ingredients

8ounces cream cheese, softened

¼cup mayonnaise

¼cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼cup grated Romano cheese

1garlic clove, minced

½teaspoon dried basil

¼teaspoon L&B Garlic Powder

Kosher salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

114-ounce can chopped artichoke hearts, drained

½cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

¼cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Gently stir in the artichoke hearts and spinach.

Transfer the dip to the prepared skillet. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and light brown, about 25 minutes.
