State Fair Pickle Pizza
November 11, 2024
If you haven’t tried pickles on pizza yet, let this be the moment that changes your mind! When this pizza came out of the test kitchen, people literally came running. Yes, because it’s that good. But also because — let’s be honest — pickles have been enjoying a moment in the spotlight for quite a while now. People are loving anything with pickles these days. And the people aren’t wrong!
The briny zing from the L&B Kosher Dill Pickle Sandwich Slices are certainly the star of the recipe, their sharp and tangy flavor cuts through the richness of the lusciously creamy mozzarella and garlic-lime sauce, offering a refreshing contrast that’s a little unexpected yet incredibly satisfying. The pickles complement the L&B Boneless Ham Steak, which adds a savory, smoky bite, making this pizza feel hearty. The perfectly crispy, crunchy crust holds it all together.
Whether you’re on board with pickle mania or don’t follow the hype, it really doesn’t matter. Because all of the ingredients on this pizza are so balanced, each slice is equally bright, bold, and absolutely delicious.
