3-Step Za’atar Beet Dip

The Middle Eastern flavors in our 3-Step Za’atar Beet Dip are super on point. And this tasty little crudite appetizer recipe gets bonus points for being mega-convenient, too. All the ingredients, including the L&B hummus, are grab-and-go. Plus, you can have the dip ready to serve in 5 minutes. Add it to your Easter spread and then keep it on hand for the next time you completely forget you agreed to bring an app to that gathering you completely forgot about — the other guests will never know! Here’s the recipe:


1. Rough chop 1 (8.8 oz) package Love Beets cooked beets.


2. In a food processor, combine the beets, 1 10-oz package L&B Original Hummus, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 1 smashed garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp L&B Za’atar seasoning and ½ tsp salt. Blend until smooth.


3. Transfer the dip to a bowl, garnish with olive oil, L&B Za’atar seasoning and mint leaves. Serve with L&B Carrot, Celery & Jicama Sticks.
