Ingredients

215-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained

18.75-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained

1cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/2cup finely chopped red onion

1/4cup minced fresh cilantro

3tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper

1cup crumbled Odyssey Traditional Feta Cheese

Bell peppers, sliced into 1/2-inch strips, for dipping

Tortilla chips, for dipping

Combine the black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
