How To Grill Salmon

How to make perfectly grilled salmon every time.

Ingredients

    pound Norwegian Salmon, cut into ½ pound fillets
  • 2
    tablespoons olive oil
  • 2
    teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2
    teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1
    lemon, sliced plus more for juice
  • Canola oil for grill

Directions

    Pat fillets dry

    Brush with olive oil

  3. 3

    Season with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Lightly oil grill with canola oil

  5. 5

    Grill fillets skin side down for 3 to 6 minutes

    Flip onto flesh side

  7. 7

    Continue cooking for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on how hot your grill is, until fish is slightly firm and no longer opaque

    Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes

Garnish with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and lemon slices and serve!
