Fruit flavor fans will gravitate toward the big, bright, summery vibes of the strawberry and lemon — each sip transports you right to the beach on a hot, sunny day. Dessert lovers will thoroughly enjoy the thick and creamy milkshake consistency. It kind of makes you feel like a kid who is drinking something that maybe they shouldn’t be, or an adult who is not afraid to embrace their inner child. Ingredients

3cups L&B Lemon Sorbet

1cup dark rum

½cup frozen raspberries

½cup frozen strawberries

Whipped cream, for garnish

Lemon zest, for garnish

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Place 2 (16 oz) glasses in the freezer for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

In a blender, combine the sorbet, rum and frozen berries and blend on high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.

Divide the shake among the chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream, lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!
