Lemon Berry Rum Shake

Ingredients

    cups L&B Lemon Sorbet
  • 1
    cup dark rum
  • ½
    cup frozen raspberries
  • ½
    cup frozen strawberries
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Lemon zest, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

    Place 2 (16 oz) glasses in the freezer for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

    In a blender, combine the sorbet, rum and frozen berries and blend on high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.

    Divide the shake among the chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream, lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!
