Overnight Oats

Overnight oats make a quick and comforting breakfast. Twin Cities food blogger greens & chocolate has whipped up not one, not two, but three variations of this classic morning meal. It’s an easy-breezy breakfast, and with so much variety your taste buds will never get tired.

Overnight oats have been a favorite breakfast of mine for years and years. They’re so easy to make and prep in advance, which makes them a great grab-and-go option!

All of these recipes are super simple, can be prepped in 5 minutes and use mostly pantry staples. The oats soak in the liquid overnight and they’re soft and delicious by morning.

Banana Bread Overnight Oats are reminiscent of freshly baked banana bread with maple syrup, cinnamon spice and a sprinkle of pecans on top. The Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats might be my favorite. The peanut butter gives the oats a super creamy texture and delicious nutty flavor! The Maple Brown Sugar Overnight Oats are a nod to my favorite flavor of instant oatmeal growing up. This recipe is much more wholesome and healthier than what I grew up eating and it’s so delicious topped with some chopped pecans.
