Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

These pulled pork sandwiches are one of our favorite easy meals, made with just a few ingredients and slow-roasted for tender, flavorful meat.

Ingredients

    2-3 pound pork shoulder roast
  • 1 1/2
    cups (12 ounces) root beer
  • 2 1/4
    cups (18 ounces) any L&B Barbecue Sauce
  • 1
    pint L&B Coleslaw
  • 8
    buns

Directions

    Place pork in a slow cooker. Pour root beer over the meat.

    Cover and cook 6 to 7 hours on low until the pork shreds easily. Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce.

    Serve on buns. Top with L&B Coleslaw from our deli, if desired.
