Whipped Feta and Heirloom Tomato Appetizer

Here’s a great way to use all those tomatoes from your garden: Turn them into an impressive appetizer!
Ingredients

9ounces feta cheese

2ounces whipped cream cheese

1L&B SuperSeed Artisan Bread

1-2heirloom tomatoes, sliced
-
Fresh basil, to taste

Olive oil, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

Combine 8 ounces feta with 2 ounces whipped cream cheese in a food processor and mix until creamy.

Spread the cheese mixture on slices of toasted L&B SuperSeed Artisan Bread.

Top with tomatoes and basil.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper to taste and serve.
