Grilled Strawberry Ciabatta

This satisfying sweet and savory appetizer is easy to make and a great way to make use of all the fresh strawberries in stores now!


Pick up a Bake-at-Home Ciabatta from our bakery, slice it in half and top with olive oil, sliced strawberries and thinly sliced red onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Wrap each half of the loaf in foil.


Heat your grill to medium high, then grill the ciabatta over indirect heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the grill and top immediately with crumbled goat cheese and sliced basil. Pair with a chilled glass of rosé.
