Shrimp & Avocado Toasts

Need one last appetizer for your holiday celebration? Try this tasty avocado toast topped with shrimp.


First, toast slices of your favorite bread. Using a glass, cut toast rounds out of the slices.


Next, smash one avocado with the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top toasts with the avocado spread.

Easy grilled version: Start with raw shrimp instead of cooked. Place shrimp on skewers, sprinkle with seasoning and grill for 5-7 minutes, turning the shrimp halfway through. Then, continue assembling toasts as directed above.
