Shrimp Taco Bites + Prosecco

Ring in the new year with this festive appetizer.

Ingredients

  • One bag Lunds & Byerlys 26-35ct cooked shrimp
  • L&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning
  • Tortilla chips
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Directions

    De-tail the shrimp and cut each one into three pieces.

    Add the shrimp to a bowl with 1 tablespoon of ourL&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning. Stir to coat.

    In each tortilla chip, add a dollop of the Greek yogurt, one piece of shrimp and one cube of avocado. Top with chopped cilantro.

    Serve with lime wedges and a glass of Prosecco.
